We partner over 125 major OEMs in distributing their products in over 90 countries and seek a driven Business Development Executive who can partner our efforts.


BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE | 37.5 hours per week | Salary: £19,500 + commission bonus scheme


This role will work within a busy Business Development team and requires an individual who has previous experience of working within a sales and customer focused business, with a demonstrable and proven track record of successfully achieving sales results. Applicants must also have the following skills and experience:



  • Previous proven work experience in a similar role
  • Self-motivated and focused with a desire to succeed
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to consistently achieve/exceed specified targets
  • Ability to develop and maintain clear record keeping systems
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to coordinate and prioritise activities
  • Excellent literacy, numeracy and IT skills
  • Innovative and proactive, with a problem-solving approach
  • Determined and committed to the highest quality standards
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels internally and externally, including customers and suppliers
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work calmly under pressure
  • Ability to handle and prioritise a heavy workload
  • Flexible and enthusiastic approach to work
  • Attention to detail
