QUALITY SPECIALIST | 37.5 hours per week | Permanent role | Leeds City Centre, UK | Salary + Work benefits


As a Quality Specialist, you will be passionate in maintaining customer-driven documentation of quality elements and ensure corrective actions are implemented.

Aeroservices is an established global distributor of Spares & Aviation Components, Repair & Maintenance services, Lubricants & Consumables, and Tooling & Tyres for the aviation industry. We partner 125+ major OEMs in distributing their products in over 90 countries worldwide.

This role will work within a busy, agile aviation company and requires an individual who has previous experience of working in a fast-paced business with a demonstrable and proven track record of successfully achieving Audit requirements.


Main aspects of the role:

  • Carrying out internal processes and system audits in line with the company's quality accreditations including closing out audit findings, creating audits, reports and determining robust corrective preventive actions
  • To assist and produce all necessary documentation for external audits



  • Familiarity to AS9120, ISO9001, ISO14001 and ASA100
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience, ideally within an aviation environment is essential
  • Experience of reporting on a timely and accurate basis both externally & internally
  • Ability to consistently 100% achieve or exceed specified targets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard IT applications
  • Experience of using CRM or SAP systems (Desirable)
  • Proven experience of Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA) activities
  • Proven experience of participating in and/or leading product and process audits
  • Relevant sector experience such as distribution or import/export (Desirable)
  • Knowledge of the aviation industry

  • Degree level qualification in Business or another relevant subject (Desirable)
  • As a minimum, GCSEs in Maths and English at level 4 or C grade (or functional skills level 2/ equivalent qualification)
  • Any other relevant Business or Quality qualifications
